7th European Conference on Crystal Growth

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the European Network of Crystal Growth (ENCG), the Institute Chimie-ParisTech (ENSCP) and the Institute of Physico-Chemical Biology (IBPC), the French Committee for Crystal Growth (CFCC-AFC) is pleased to welcome you in Paris, France, from Monday, July 25th, to Wednesday, July 27th, 2022 to attend the 7th European Conference on Crystal Growth (ECCG7), which will be held at the Novotel Paris Est Conference Center.

Young researchers and PhD students from all over Europe and the rest of the World are most welcome to participate to the 3rd European School on Crystal Growth (ESCG3), which will be held prior to ECCG7, from Wednesday, July 20th, to Saturday, July 23rd, 2022, at ENSCP and IBPC, in the Quartier Latin district.

We consider the forthcoming Seventh European Conference on Crystal Growth, ECCG7, as a significant international scientific event that goes far beyond the European borders. We believe that ECCG7 will have a major impact in the condensed matter physics and chemistry communities, the biological crystallization community, for the material science researchers, young scientists and PhD students, all being involved in the field of phase formation and crystal growth.

The conference program of ECCG7 will include 15 sessions covering the most advanced research in all topics of crystal growth phenomena, theory, experiments and applications, planned to be presented and discussed in three plenary lectures, about 30 invited talks, various oral presentations and poster sessions. For the first time, ECCG7 will implement three parallel sessions. A gala dinner on the Seine riverboat La Patache is also planned. Besides, ECCG7 will be the opportunity to award many prizes (DGKK, Crystals, CrystEngComm, …), especially for PhD students and young researchers, and to hold the general assembly of the ENCG.
